Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition. It must be returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. For reasons of health and safety, certain product categories are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first submit a request through our online Returns Center. Please have your original order number and the email address used for the purchase ready. We are unable to process returns or exchanges without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Instructions for packaging and shipping the return will be provided upon authorization.

Condition of Returned Items
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated above, including items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not present at the time of shipment, may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically using the original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items
In addition to final sale items, the following are not eligible for return or exchange: gift cards, items purchased during specific promotional sales designated as final sale, and any item not purchased directly from chefanieusa.com.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label for the affected item.
